The American Society for dental aesthetics is a nonprofit organization which was formed in 1977. It provides a forum for the increase in the awareness of dental anesthetics and treatment options that enhance the quality of patient care. To remain a member of this esteemed organization the dentist is required to attend at least one continuing education meeting every other year.
